Community Participation & Representation Guidelines

These guidelines apply to all community spaces, including but not limited to live events, meetings, virtual rooms, presentations, chat interactions, visual assets, written materials, and recordings associated with Global Business Plaza LLC, a subsidiary of Legacy Forward LLC (LFLLC), and all affiliated brands, programs, initiatives, and subsidiaries.

Inclusive, Safe Community

We are committed to fostering a welcoming environment where all people are treated with dignity and respect.

We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or demeaning behavior of any kind — whether explicit or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, racism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or any form of marginalization.

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund. All determinations are made at our sole discretion, taking into account context, impact, and alignment with community values. We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the community. If you experience or witness harmful behavior, please notify us so we can address it appropriately.

Respectful Communication

Participants are expected to engage respectfully, even when perspectives differ. Dismissive language, passive aggression, or intentionally inflammatory communication undermines the collaborative environment we are building. Clear, constructive dialogue is encouraged.

Cultural Representation & Community Respect

We support authentic personal expression while honoring the dignity of all cultures and communities. Participants are asked to avoid using cultural or spiritual references in room titles, visuals, presentations, branding, or materials unless they have a direct lived connection or documented permission to share them. This includes sacred practices, ceremonial roles, attire, symbolism, or culturally significant language.

Our standard is simple: express your voice without misrepresenting or appropriating the heritage of others. If you are uncertain whether content aligns with this guideline, we encourage you to consult with us in advance.

Room Titles, Visuals, and Presentations

Room names, thumbnails, promotional materials, and presentation content must not contain discriminatory, stereotypical, or culturally appropriative language or imagery. We reserve the right to request modifications to ensure alignment with community standards.

Recording of Sessions and Meetings

Global Business Plaza LLC, a subsidiary of Legacy Forward LLC, may record sessions, meetings, and events for training, documentation, quality assurance, or educational purposes. By attending a hosted event or meeting, you acknowledge that it may be recorded unless otherwise stated.

Prior to entering any hosted session, participants will be presented with a recording consent notice and must affirmatively acknowledge their agreement to be recorded before gaining access. Participants who do not consent should not enter the session and may contact us to discuss alternative arrangements at our discretion. All recordings are accessible only to authorized personnel of Global Business Plaza LLC and Legacy Forward LLC.

Participant Recording Policy

Participants may not record any session — audio, video, screen capture, or redistribution to external platforms — without explicit written consent from Global Business Plaza LLC or the designated host.

  • Screen sharing: Participants may only share their screen when explicitly invited or permitted by the host.
  • AI meeting tools: Tools like Otter.ai, Fireflies, or any auto-transcription/recording software are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
  • Chat logs: Session chat content is private to that session and may not be copied, screenshotted, or redistributed without permission.

All recordings are stored and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards, and are accessible only to authorized personnel of Global Business Plaza LLC and Legacy Forward LLC.

Governing Law

These Community Participation & Representation Guidelines are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising under these guidelines shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our full Terms of Use.

Dispute Resolution & Appeals

If you believe a decision made under these guidelines was made in error, you may submit a written appeal within 14 days of the decision. Appeals will be reviewed internally and a response provided within a reasonable timeframe. All final decisions remain at the sole discretion of Global Business Plaza LLC. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement or a refund.

Policy Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these guidelines at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active participants via email or platform announcement. Continued participation following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.

By participating in any session, meeting, or event associated with Global Business Plaza LLC, you agree to these guidelines.

The Company offers coaching and strategic advisory services to help business owners think through their goals, strategy, and growth. These services reflect our experience and perspective — they are not licensed consulting, therapy, financial planning, or legal advice.

What Coaching Is — and What It Isn't

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused conversation designed to support your thinking and planning. It is not a guarantee of any particular result. The Company does not diagnose, prescribe, or make decisions for you. Any strategy or framework shared is offered as perspective — you decide what to do with it.

4. Speakers and Guest Presenters

Events and community programming may feature guest speakers, presenters, panelists, and subject matter experts. Each guest speaker participates as an independent individual and is not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company. Their participation does not constitute an endorsement by the Company. Guest speakers are solely responsible for their own content, claims, and any products or services they may promote. The Company is not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from content presented by guest speakers.

5. Live and Virtual Events

Participation in any event is voluntary and at your own discretion and risk. Content shared during events is intended for educational, informational, and community-building purposes only. 9. Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) Tools

The Company may use AI tools to support various aspects of its Services, including content creation, community support, platform optimization, and communications. 10. Affiliates and Commercial Relationships

From time to time, the Company may recommend, promote, or partner with other businesses, tools, or platforms. In some cases, the Company may receive a commission, referral fee, or other compensation. Any recommendation does not constitute a formal endorsement. In accordance with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255, updated 2023), affiliate relationships and material connections will be disclosed clearly and conspicuously at the point of recommendation — look for disclosures such as "Affiliate Link," "Ad," "Sponsored," or "We may earn a commission."

11. No Guarantees

All Services are provided "as is" and "as available." The Company makes no guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. You agree to use your own judgment before acting on any information, strategy, or recommendation you encounter through our Services.

In accordance with the FTC's updated Endorsement Guides (2023), they may not represent typical results. Where testimonials featuring atypical outcomes are displayed, a disclosure of typical results will appear proximate to that testimonial.

13. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee any specific income, revenue, business growth, or financial outcome. Any financial examples shared are illustrative only. In accordance with FTC guidelines, any earnings examples featured in our marketing will be accompanied by a proximate disclosure of what participants can typically expect. Most participants do not achieve the results featured in examples or testimonials.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its team, affiliates, speakers, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
